Agreement to these terms
Accessing or using LeadVynx means accepting these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable order details. A person using LeadVynx for an organisation confirms that they have authority to act for it. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Eligibility and business authority
Users must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. LeadVynx is intended primarily for business use. Account users must be authorised by the customer organisation and customers are responsible for managing the access they grant.
The LeadVynx service
LeadVynx can provide a website assistant, knowledge based responses, lead qualification, contact capture, conversation records, intent identification, lead scoring, follow-up management, recommended next actions, routing, reporting and integrations. Availability differs by plan and current release.

Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for activity carried out through their account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

- Notify LeadVynx promptly about suspected unauthorised access

- Do not resell or transfer account access without permission
Installation on customer websites
Customers must have authority to install LeadVynx and remain responsible for their website content, qualification criteria, knowledge base, visitor questions and required privacy or cookie notices. LeadVynx may limit an installation that creates legal, technical or security risk.
Acceptable use
Users must not use LeadVynx to harm people, compromise the service or process information without authority.

- Malware, credential theft, impersonation or unauthorised surveillance
- Unauthorised access, security bypasses or service disruption
- Excessive automated requests that damage availability
- Reverse engineering except where law expressly permits it
- Scraping LeadVynx without permission
- Unlawful or infringing customer content
- Prohibited or unlawfully discriminatory decisions
- Presenting AI output as guaranteed fact
- Critical legal, medical, financial or safety decisions without appropriate professional review
Customer content and data
Customers retain ownership of their content and business data. Customers grant LeadVynx a limited licence to host, process, copy and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

Artificial intelligence output
AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customer configuration affects output quality. Lead scores support decisions and recommended actions are suggestions.

Plans and subscriptions
Current access

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and applicable taxes may be added. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Feature and usage limits vary by plan. Failed payments may restrict access. Future pricing may change after appropriate notice. Existing written commitments will be respected where applicable.
Plan changes depend on the available billing flow. LeadVynx does not promise annual billing, a particular proration method or a general refund policy.
Free plans and promotional access
Free plans may have feature or usage limits and free features may change. Access may be restricted for abuse. Promotional credits or complimentary periods have no cash value and may expire under the relevant offer.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation through an available account interface or by contacting LeadVynx. Cancellation normally stops future renewals. Continued access through a paid period depends on the billing interface. Refunds are not promised unless required by law or stated in a written offer.
Third-party services and integrations
External services use their own terms. LeadVynx is not responsible for external outages, policy changes or failures. A customer authorises the information exchange needed when enabling an integration and disabling it may affect related features.
Intellectual property
LeadVynx retains ownership of its software, branding, interface, documentation and underlying technology. Customers retain ownership of customer content. Use of the service does not transfer ownership. Protected LeadVynx material must not be copied, resold, sublicensed or used to create a derivative service without permission.
Feedback
LeadVynx may use feedback and suggestions to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the person providing them. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business information. It must be protected with reasonable care and used only for the relevant relationship. Disclosure may be made to authorised staff, advisers or service providers who need access. Disclosure may also be made when required by law. Information already public or independently developed is not confidential.
Service changes and availability
LeadVynx may update, improve, replace or discontinue features. Maintenance may interrupt access. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Material changes may be communicated where reasonable. No uptime percentage applies unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Beta and experimental features
Beta features may be incomplete, may change without notice, may contain more errors and may use different limits. They should not be relied on for critical business activity.
Suspension and termination
LeadVynx may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, illegal use, security threats, abuse, material breach, risk to users or the service and an appropriate legal request.

- Post-termination data handling follows the Privacy Policy and available account settings
Disclaimers
LeadVynx is provided on an available basis. AI output may be wrong and external services may fail. LeadVynx does not guarantee leads, conversions, revenue or sales performance. Customers remain responsible for business decisions. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadVynx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Where exclusion is legally permitted, LeadVynx is also not responsible for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or business interruption. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a customer may be responsible for third-party claims caused by its unlawful use, customer content, infringement of third-party rights, material violation of these Terms or use of LeadVynx without required authority or notice.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and court jurisdiction have not been stated because those legal facts require formal confirmation. Raise a dispute through leadvynx@gmail.com so the parties can first attempt a good faith resolution.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may change. We will revise the last updated date and may give additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an effective date may constitute acceptance where legally permitted. A user who disagrees should stop using the service.
